📦 Order Processing

We process and dispatch orders 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

You can place your order anytime through our website or via WhatsApp.

⏰ Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
Orders placed before this time are usually dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

🚛 Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–3 working days
• Remote Areas (Interior Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, etc.): 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to location or unforeseen circumstances.

📲 Order Confirmation

Customers receive confirmation updates via SMS or WhatsApp once the order is:

• Confirmed
• Dispatched
• Delivered

🔄 Return & Replacement

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy in case:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong item
