Refund & Return Policy – TwinTag

At TwinTag, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process your request.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable/digital products
• Health and personal care items
• Perishable goods (if applicable)

Proof of Purchase

To process any return or refund, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Product returned in a condition different from original
• Product damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
• Return request made after the 7-day period

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

Approved Refunds:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours through one of the following methods:

• Bank transfer
• Easypaisa / JazzCash
• Original payment method (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your payment provider
3. Check your mobile notifications

Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Courier charges may be deducted from your refund amount

For returns, please send the product to the address mentioned on your parcel.

Important Note

For items valued above Rs. 5,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
TwinTag is not responsible for lost returns during transit.
